Two buildings with six apartments in each building were built on a vacant lot in Montclair. Each building was designed to look like a single family home in order to fit in the neighborhood and to create a welcome feeling. I am proud to announce this project won the Supportive Housing Association of New Jersey (SHA) Support Housing Project Award for Mid-size Development.
