1523 Montclair

An existing sunroom was being underutilized as an extra catch-all room, and a large master bedroom suite felt cramped, tight and dark and had an additional space towards the front of it.  The existing sunroom was converted into a master bedroom walk-in-closet providing much needed closet space. The walk in closet also consists of a set of windows to allow for natural light to enter. The master bathroom was expanded utilizing the extra space towards the front to enlarge the bathroom. The green tile was was changed to this beautiful white tile with a contrasting black one along the center. The shower was expanded and built in shelves were provided within the shower for products. A double vanity was installed with white marbled countertops and dark cabinetry to provide contrast to the white tiling, light blue walls and light floor tile.
